Dang Ken, that looks mighty tasty, however I see one minor issue that could be easily corrected. There are six spaces between the plated shrimp that would fit six more of those tasty looking shellfish or blackened scallops to kick it up a notch! (I'll admit it, I'm a pig!)
I'm thinking Mel had no problems with that dinner!!
