Here's the skinny. Boat has a tendency to list to either side especially with a following sea or crossing a boats wake from the rear. Also sensitive to someone walking while boat is under way. Tabs are up in these conditions. No bow steer. Sometimes it's feels like it wants to broach and will scare the crap outta crew/ passengers. While listing water will come very close to coming in the gunnels of stern of boat. I know the tower may exaggerate the problem. Any ideas? 160 gallons of fuel down the middle. Foamed in. To me it's way sensitive.
