GFS will know for sure but I think you are right. My recollection is that the Tracker era(?) 20s were about 6" longer and had a slightly higher deck. The only hook I know of was on the 23 as Capt Chuck mentioned. I remember hearing about a slightly shortened 23 being sold as a 21 but that may not be accurate or it could have been a one-off; the beam would be the giveaway on that.
