Those were the days when Riviera Beach had lots of Crackers, but before crack took over the town. From about '84 to '88 we kept our boat at what we called "Soveral Marina," before all the fancy shops, and the big mall further west on PGA. Father Frank, did you ever pop into "The Bloody Duck" on US1 just north of PGA? I did once, and felt pretty good about getting outta there in one piece!
ah, the bloody duck. went there in 1980, when I first moved to Florida. Got to be friends with one of the girls, but then met my second wife and decided it wouldn't be a good idea to keep going there. Going outside to the restroom was always an adventure.
