I like it. Very unique hull for the right person willing to put the money into it that would do it justice. A pair of Yanmars would be great power for it and the pockets would keep it feasible in relatively shallow water.
The cost of restoration is what makes most reluctant to commit to the value but the asking price is certainly fair. Unfortunately that is what makes the 27 so difficult to move. Todd’s 27 is a perfect example of the same reluctance as you need a substantial amount of cash on hand to take on such a project with no hope of recovering the investment. This is an unfortunate reality of classic boat restoration.
