The corners came out easily. I cut the floor out so I didn't have to worry about the hull distorting. The liner is a great deal of the structural integrity. I was also reducing weight anywhere and everywhere possible. Getting rid of the in deck live well would have been a little more troublesome for me if the whole liner was out. LEST WE FORGET...all that wonderful Potter Putty. That's going to be a pain without having access to it. There should be a very large area under the livewell that will make you lose your temper. Prepare yourself to hear some loud and uncomfortable cracking and popping noises! Good luck and please post pics.
