Clean it good and remove any loose gelcoat. Scuff it up with 120 grit paper. Wipe with acetone. Use a acid brush to paint in some gelcoat. Sand as smooth as you wish. Will seal it up and last a season.
If you uses epoxy, you can’t go over it later with gelcoat. Won’t stick.
