There is a tank company in Perry on Hwy 98 just south of you.

Pull that tank and have a new one made than replace all hoses to boot.

Not that big of a deal, and less than a $1000 for the whole deal if you
DIY....

Just Do-it !
Those clamps are new.

RDS has the tank drawings.
Those hoses are old.
About 2 k all in diy.
