Yeah Josh makes a real nice fiberglass bracket. That being said I would take Moose and Frizz's advice and go with a 30" shaft. Even though I don't have a bracket, when I bought my new engine I wish I had raised my transom to 31" and went with the 30" shaft, the 25" works fine, however I would have liked the powerhead 5" higher out of the water. From personal observation, Moose's 30" on a Hermco looks and performs very well.
