Size: 19.8 KBI had a Bridgeport on it and a 260 hp the bridge port was around 67mph the 260 I was breaking in a fresh power head I rebuilt I was pushing 70 and never opened it up. The set up of the boat was important to keep it from wanting to chine walk. With the 200 on it it would run 62 and very good ride easy to steer stable I modified the lower unit and had the motor high which reduced the torque of the propeller which stopped the boat from wanting to chime walk at high speed comfortable one hand driving. Also removed the hook from the bottom of the hull. The cl add at 15999. Was correct the boat is light 1800lbs with motor use to build race boats so light and strong is important. The boat is stiff because the deck floor hull and console are all one piece it reduces flex in the boat and make it quite real solid when going over large waves. I tore out the box stringers for 2 reasons they were even and I preferred full length so I could tie the transit and floor together and ad camber to it for drainage the other reason was I didn't want the innerliner and shared to stiffen up the hull again strength and weight. With out the inner liner it really opens up the interior of the boat it has the interior space of a much larger boat. The old console weight close to 250 lbs the new one was 35 lbs big weight saving. The full length rigging tube made of fibergkass instead of pvc were attached to the bottom of the floor so it all went in in one piece there no bilge pump because water can't get under the floor a boat you can leave in on a rainy day and you don't have to worry about it sinking
