Got the transom in before the rest of demo. Really tried to save outer skin but it was pretty shot. Owner wasnt kidding when he said he hit something!
Plan is to screw some mdf panels underneath the 2 inside panels to pull everything back true and fair, and give a form for the glass to get the step back how its supposed to be.
