I love mine , I have a 200 Optimax year 2015 , cruse at 32mph tops out at 43mph . mine has a t top and top mount outriggers, trim tabs, and lots of new additions.......the first production for this hull was 1998 and made by Silver King in Florida. THESE BOATS ARE HARD TO FIND.. I have brochures for most years of the newer hulls....If you like contact me with any other questions seafarerjoe@verizon.net or my cell 609-335-5519

A shortened 23 would have to have at least or more than 21 degrees of deadrise and nowhere that I can find did tracker build one listing those specs. I do know of folks that have cut them down as a one off build but nothing you could buy from Bass Pro.
