Between my new job and my spending precious time with almost 5 year old boy who is growing up so quick, I barely used my beloved 27 Tournament and I have decided to put her up for sale.

1986 27' Seacraft Tournament
Second owner
Twin Mercury 250 EFI's with less than 250 hours (cowlings painted in 2015)
Custom hardtop installed in 2016
Custom helm seats installed in 2018
Garmin 7215, 15 inch color chartplotter (2016)
Garmin GSD 26 black box sounder (2016)
Icom VHF radio (2016)
Airmar B175HW Chirp transducer (2016)
Garmin 18XHD radar installed (2018)
New cabin cushions with Sunbrella fabric (2015)
2013 Boatmaster tandem axle aluminum trailer with brand new DeeMaxx brakes, new tires and bearings just repacked. (The painted steel trailer in the photo was sold)

As most of you know, I have done A LOT of work to this boat over the years. Some of the projects include

- Recored 5 deck hatches by vacuuming bagging in new coosa core and epoxy resin. Faired underside and painted
- Installed new boot stripe
- Sanded bottom, touched up barrier coat and repainted
- Removed rear wooden transom access doors and replaced with custom BuckWoodcraft starboard doors (2019)
- New inspection hatches in deck (2019). The deck is absolutely dry but the fuel tank hatch is punky and will need to be recored when console is replaced.
-New below deck livewell hoses and livewell thru-hull fittings (2019). Transom checked at this time and it was bone dry.
- Removed old hardtop and installed new custom version
-Removed leaning post and installed new custom version with dual helm seats

-The engines have also been extensively maintained including water pumps, various sensors, t-stats, plugs, Brucato fuel injector cleaning, new Chris Carson reeds and a new counter rotating lower unit in 2018. Local Merc dealer checked engine hours last summer and they had less than 250 hours at the time. As is typical with all Mercury 250 EFI's, they smoke on start-up but when warm it goes away. The Hynautic steering works great! These are very powerful motors. They push the boat to 50+mph.

What does she need? She needs some cosmetics and my plans were to install a console from a 26 Sailfish that I have and also install a new aluminum framed lexan companionway door that I have. The hull shines like new but the smooths on the deck and gunwales are oxidized and need annual buffing and waxing.

Obviously, this boat is not perfect but I get lots of compliments wherever I go and the ride is the best I have experienced. I own the boat outright. Maine is a non-title state for boats and trailers of this size, but I have the Massachusetts title from when I bought it from the original owner.
