A 30" shaft single should work. To be sure, run a straight line back from the keel, and measure down from the top of the mounting plate on the bracket. It should be 30" plus 3" (1" for every 12" of setback), so around 33".

I have an Armstrong bracket made for a single motor application, 30" setback. I have a 25" shaft Suzuki DF 250, mounted with the A/V plate 4" above the keel.
