I agree with Boo. Also consider a access watertight pie plate that will allow you access to the backside of the vent should you need to replace it in the future. A extra 10ga Pull Wire from the access plate back to the the fuel tank elbows (like the Pink grounding wire from the fuel fill) should be in your thoughts. You never know !
