Next thought. What about turning the Seafari into a CC with a quick and dirty restoration using plywood rather than Coosa and other composites? No bracket, just hang an outboard off the transom after notching it. Simple console and lean post. Nothing fancy, but something to cut my teeth on and get on the water while waiting for the right 23 (or blasphemous, a formula 233) to come along.
I figure there isn't too much of a market for a bare hull Seafari to try to sell it. I already have a tank for it. Hmmm...
