Saying people are too wrapped up on CG on a 23ft SeaCraft On CSC.com with over 65 thousand posts on the topic of performance, mods, and repairs on a website dedicated to people with the greatest amount of OCD in the world tied to these boats is like going to Lynchburg, TN., Home of Jack Daniels and telling the folks of their town that filtering the distilled mash through 10 ft stacks of sugar, maple, and ground charcoal aka the “Lincoln County Process” is unnecessary.

I agree that CG can be a non-issue on our Sceptres, Tsunamis, and 20 Seafaris. Those dang center consoles And 25 Seafaris are the biggest culprits of CG differences!
I know it's a focal point for many and understand it can rub some feathers the wrong way but for me it is such a fluid point regardless of how much science goes into it on a small boat. Too many times I have seen CG concerns dominate how someone wants to lay out a re-build leading them to compromise unnecessarily.

I do agree that CCs and 25 Seafaris require extra consideration and that is one of the reasons I like the Sceptre/Tsunami platform so much.
