Thanks gents.

Gotta use pneumatic. Lighter, smaller, fits in tight spots. Not gonna board much in here. I will start with one sometimes just to see whats going on and where i need to focus w the machines. On the big surfaces ill usually start with an 8” electric sander/polisher with 60 grit. The air file/board is great. Gotta keep it moving though.

The consensus is the rails definitely help i reckon. Got to watch em in action for awhile on my 20 when we towed it, knocked the water down quite a bit. The ones on here are even wider and turned down a bit more. As far back as they are on this one they may add a bit of stern lift too which probably wont be a bad thing. We will see!!
