I've been waiting for someone to bring this up - I was originally going to pour foam between the liner and hull sides on my 23 but am hesitant to risk deforming either the inside or outside as the foam expands. I don't know how to get the Goldilocks size application. I wonder if that 'Great Stuff' spray can foam from Home Depot would work from underneath while the deck is out...
