I think the warning on the side of Great Stuff is the obvious point. Too much and your windows don’t open. I would be concerned after watching the process of 2 part pourable foam in an open stringer. If you are pouring through a few holes at the top I think you might have cured material that chokes off surrounding sections and you blow the beautiful flair out of the hullsides. Or you get some unwanted tumblehome amidships. Understand the desire to tighten it up which is why I went through the effort to core sides. Jokes aside, it is a huge process.
