Almost have the old wood transom removed. Most of it came off with ease, except for the last 1/8 in. A 2.5 in chisel and hammer took a majority of the rest, and a disk sander is taking care of what’s bonded to the skin.

South jersey lumbermans came through on a sheet of 1 1/2” coosa board. Thanks for the referral. Will be hopefully getting transom done within next few weeks, then onto grinding the inside of the hull and the stringer work.
