The original keel stringer was set in midway thru the main hull lamination so it was pretty thin underneath it (actually had been worn clean thru in some spots on the bottom).
The other stringers were set in after the hull was laminated then wrapped/tabbed in so they were a bit easier to deal with.

Coring hullsides next then onto bulkheads.

I like your drawing, I have a similar sketch for my 27 after seeing Jimmy Buffett’s newest Last Mango except mine was not a walkaround. Did you see the 27’ in NJ with the Downeast pilot house? The owner did a really nice job.
