After a lot of struggling with the outdrive drive bracket/gimbal bracket, it is finally off! I got some 80 grit and cleaned off the bottom paint. One step at a time. Ill be cleaning out the below deck filth and foam and hoping to replace bulkheads this year and figure out how and where I can stuff a fuel tank further forward.
