Terry, let's first get this out of the way.....insurance people are just below politicians for scum of the earth!! That being said, if they will continue to insure you for the $12k, NO questions asked, I'd be real quiet, don't make waves and pay it every year. Just sent in my boat insurance payment two days ago, Geico/BoatUS and am hoping they are still happy with me, take my money and insure me for another year!!! I've had the "Dear John" letter from insurance companies for home owners and boat insurance, way more than once, that they loved me for 35 -40 years, but I no longer fall in their policy parameters....so good bye!!
