Yeah I saw that. I have plans for a boat port but it’s pretty pricey here. I have to work where it is for now but I have a fully permitted 30x100 structure to build in backyard. It was a permitted building (greenhouse) I can build anything on that footprint no permits required.

So I will build a workshop and boat port there… rather than build something to tear down and build again. In the meanwhile I need a cover to keep sun and rain off
