Probably 20 and 23 had the most hulls built. I know there weren't many 18s ever sold/built (would love to know the actual figure). I've also been told -- and having an 18' believe -- that folks tend to hang on to their 18'. Those 'in the know' view it as one of the best small boats ever built. 'Course, I'm biased just a bit...
