I've had the 182C for almost a year now. (since it came out) I really like it but have to admit to occasionally needing the glasses for the over 40 eyes. Accuracy on the Blue Charts is great for fixed items such as channel markers, bridges, etc. but not so good for constantly moving stuff such as sand bars and barrier islands. You will often find your boat on dry land when it's not or vice versa if you follow the chart. Garmin does have a upgrade download capability online for the unit. Also for the cards I've heard at West and Boat US which I have not tried that yet.
