Season is way too short in Maine (even shorter with a center console).
Went down to Jupiter last week and bought a Tiara 27 Open,spent a week with a realtor also.Now gotta grows some stones and pull the trigger on a place down there.
Also thanks Ed, used Brian Stetler as a surveyor,he knows his stuff.Would highly recommend him.
