Default Seacraft Surgery

Thought I'd post some pics of cutting out the splash well and bait tank. I'm still not finished as there is some more grinding to do but I'm a little farther along then the pics show.

One thing I can say is that if you have an older 23 and you have never looked under the live bait tank make sure you do so because I found enough hardware under there to stock the Home Depot Tool shack including a screw driver that must have been 20 years old and many nuts and bolts washers etc. The wood coring for the bait tank was rotton as well.
