Found a 23 and need your honest opinions

Hello guys! First visit to the site, first post, here it goes. I've been looking for a 23 for awhile now, and think I've found a winner but defineatly want you all to weigh in....1986 23 CC, 225 Johnson VRO (not even sure if it runs), fairly new T-top, otherwise all original (gelcoat, fueltank, teak, wireing, ect) with extreemly minor cosmetic wear on the boat inside or out! Bottom line, a friend of mine wants $8500 for the package with no trailer. So????????...........
