Default Quality of Accon cleats

I know alot of the guys on this site that have redone their boats have used the accon pop-up cleats, and i am wondering about the quality of them. I am worried about the springs and other components inside them rusting and what not. I would just like some feedback on how they perform, and the quality. Also, has anybody seen the "accon" cleats on ebay with the square flange? Here's the link.

I'm wondering if these are really accon's, and if the water cup that accon sell would fit into them. Thanks guys
