1984 18' CC

Hey everyone, I'm looking for my first boat and recently found a 1984 18' center console seacraft and wanted your expert opinions.
I went and looked at it today, it's in good condition with a trailer and older yamaha 115. Hull and transom are in good condition, no soft spots on the deck but small cracks around the bench and on the gunnels.

I still have to talk to the guy about the motor and stuff but just wanted to see what all your thoughts are. I will post more once I know more..
