Best Clay for Glass work?

What is the preferred Clay to use when filling in the corners (fillet) after you made the wood form? I've used one type of non-water based Clay, but it is very hard/firm and is difficult to extrude through a shape making tool. Looking for some advise from the Fiberglass masters on the site.
