Default Side Vents

Hello CSC,

I mentioned this a long time ago in my restore but one of my rear vents is damaged. I understand they are to be screwed in but someone in the boats past life seems to have also used 5200.

My question is, has anyone dealt with this issue and if so what are the tricks here. I feel like I may be opening Pandora's box

Any help would be appreciated

Eric B

I "re-installed" mine with screws and after breaking them with fenders, made aluminum angle frames to protect them.
