Default not my seacraft but

I picked up an old StarCraft to use on lakes and reservoirs near home when I cant be up in NY on the Tsunami.
Did a small restoration on it transom, deck floor, new paint etc. Picked up a 25 hp Yamaha 4 stroke for trolling and main power runs like a watch.
Not sure how much time Ill be spending on the 23 Tsunami going forward.Ive been giving some thought to possibly putting her up for sale after the next season or two. I guess it will depend on some current health issues. Got some blood and platelet issues.

I never ever ever thought that I would lose that burning ambition to do nothing but fish, and make my trips to the great lakes, now I just enjoy seeing newbies other young people catch fish on the boat.
and Im thinking it may be a simpler time to just go out for a day on this little 16' aluminum boat that is only a half hour from home and fish for stocked trout and landlock salmon.

Won't be catching 30lb salmon like we do on lake Ontario but we also wont be running 10 rods at a time with heavy presentations like we do now.It would be light tackle with a much simpler approach.
Who knows, maybe when we make our first two week trip in may to the tsunami I'll get back in the groove. I may be saying to myself "WHAT WAS I THINKING"

Anyway here's a couple pics of the little 16 footer.
