23' Inboard Diesel Conversion

Hi everyone,
I know this is not a new subject on this forum. We are going to convert our 23 Seacraft straight inboard to diesel and I want to get some input from those that have done the conversion and/or running a diesel.

Looking at swapping to a Yanmar for power to weight. I'm interested in the small details of the conversion or the "watch out for..." from those that have the experience.
