Default Boat weight

I recently purchased a 1969 restored 20'seacraft. What should the boat weight?

Default Re: Boat weight

I think once you state that the boat was restored, all bets are off on what it should weigh. If you go to the spec sheet section in the reference area of this website, you will see what a factory 20' weighed without an engine on it (1600#, dry) but once you start restoring and changing the original materials you likely alter the weight.

Go to a truck stop with your empty trailer and scribble down what that weighs and then go back with the boat on it. I don't see too many other ways of determining what YOUR boat weighs.

Good luck
