Default galvanized vs. aluminum wheels

OK, along the same lines as the trailer question, what are the opinions on galvanized rims vs. aluminum? I know the aluminum wheels cost more, but if they cost the same, which would you get??

thanks -

I have a Rolls with 14" galvanized wheels. Bought the trailer new in 1985. Those wheels have dumped in and dragged out my 23' from saltwater more times than I can count over the last 18 years and they still look and perform as new. Although because of the Fla heat, I only get about 4 years out of a set of tires but the galvanized wheels just keep on rollin'

PS: I spray the wheels once a year with Boeshield and keep them covered with a world famous GREEN GUCCI
