Default Cape Coral

Hi Guys,

My buddy and I have a road trip planned for the "Melissa Ann" in February to Cape Coral Florida. He bought an investment property on a canal and since Cape Cod is a miserable frozen sandbar that time of year....what the hell.

Are any member from the Cape Coral area? What kind of fishing will we find in February? As long as the beer is nicely chilled, I'll catch something.....bzzzzz

Hoop,
I lived in SW Fla. most of my life ( first 30 yrs.) I have family in C.C. . I know the fishing there has gotten better over the last few yrs. But they have quite a few rules and seasons now, which I'm not to familar with. But even if you're only catching a buzz when you're fishing in Fla. in Feb., it beats the hell out of Cape Cod that time of year. I will check with my brother and get back on Mon.
Pat

I'm sure some other guy's from down there could tell you a thing or two.
