Default Rewiring my 20

My 83 cc is in need of some order. The wiring looks like a spaghetti bowl. While I'm changing the motor, thought I'd address this. I've never dabbled in this area before. Can anyone recommend a good source/publication to bone-up on the in's & out's of marine wiring?
Thanks for the input.

RC,

I just got my electrical certification from the American Boat and Yacht Council. A book I used to study for the test was written by Ed Sherman, who also developes study guides and tests for the ABYC. The book is Powerboater's Guide to Electrical Systems . This book is all you will need to help you complete the job perfectly and to ABYC standars. You can find the book on Amazon.com under "electrical systems for boats". Good luck, allthough you won't need it. Bobby
