Default Bluefin 7/31

Made the 65mile run on Sunday to the bft grounds in flat seas. Thanks to Basspond for some tips we were on the fish.2/2 and my back had enough.Had some big fin whales swim under the boat a few times which rocked us around some.
It was a beautiful day and everyone was hooking up.
142 mile trip and only burned 62gal.

Happy to help! I might not have my SeaCraft anymore, but I'm always happy to help CSC members.

This was my video from that day, we were on a friend's 30T Contender.

Great video. We ran home at 34 mph and almost hit a seaturtle.
Looks like this storm is going to mess thing up.
I gotta get back out there

Yeah you have to watch out for those sea turtles! A couple trips back I had to swerve around at least four of them on the way in.

Should be interesting to see what happens with the water after this storm. We had our yellowfin not much farther to the east than where you were fishing and I know more were caught out that way too.
