Default Warped hatch

A friend gave me a cockpit hatch out of a old searay , Its really heavly built and it fits in the old engine cutout in the floor of My 25 almost perfectly, its a little too thick but I can deal with that by doing a little modification to the lip it sits on, only problem is its warped bad, its bowed in and my deck has a slight arch in it. Ive had it sitting on some blocks with batteries on each end for a few weeks but its not really doing anything, Do Yall have any ideas?

Can you cut a bunch of kerfs say 4" x 4" so it lays flat and then fill the grid with epoxy or vinyl-ester or even polyester?

Thought about that, Ive got to do a little more glass work on the hatch opening anyway,Might as well do the hatch at the same time.
Heres a drawing of what it sorta looks like from the bottom, {except it has rounded corners}. it has 2 1x 3 braces glassed to the underside but the are faced for to aft , so I think I can cut groves in the bottom {like the dashed lines I put on the diagram}, bend it and then glass it at the proper curve.
