Default 20ft seacraft hatches

Hey guys I just bought a 84 20ft seacraft super fisherman. Awesome boat love it to death my only problem with it is that the two front boxes get water in them. They don't have a plug or pump. Somethings have said to use weather stripping or 5200. I was looking for someone with a good fix. Thanks joe
