What's this worth?

No pic. Not officially for sale. 76', 23cc, 75% redone last year. Transom showed 30% moisture (transom not redone last year), 89' 200 yamadog, could pop anytime. No trailer.
Boat looks in excellent shape, t-top w/ portapotty. Updated electronics.
I'm just looking to feel you guys out on a base price in N.C.
