Default Refit for a 1973 20cc

Hello everyone!

I'm looking for comments on refitting my 1973 20cc, making a full transom and adding a bracket, By the way, I have lots of rotten wood in the transom and I'm looking for ideas on lightwieght/high strength materials to use instead of marine plywood. I believe the boat spent many years in the water, so I alos have some blisters to repair and bottom paint to remove. Comments on all are welcomed.

Thanks

Capt Lloyd

Capt Lloyd,
Welcome to the board. If you do a search on the various topics you mention, you'll find a lot of dicussion threads on all of them, even different materials for rebuilding a transom. There's lots of good stuff here, so enjoy!
Scott
