Default new member / old boat

Just bought a 1973 20sf about a month ago,(got boat motor and trailer real cheep) but boat needs a transome and power. Don't no what other structural stuff might need attention untill I start taking the boat apart. Also would like to modify the console, what do I do with the ID sticker located under the steering wheel.

Thats funny, budget boats is right up the street from me. The biggest and best boat junkyard I have ever seen . You name it,boats, trailers, motors, and parts, parts and more parts!!!!More than likely , if you need it, they probably have it, fun way to spend the day, lolol.

John R Don't have pic's on disc yet but plan to in next week or so, I bought the boat from the second owner who has had it since 1984, the kicker bracket rusted off and you know the rest of the story, all hardware is original I think and in good shape. The boat had been kept in the water and had lots of paint build up on the bottom, so I sandblasted it last weekend, bottom looks pretty good (no Blistering, none was expected). I paid about 2400.00 for the boat, motor and triler.
Esbeach, no this is not the boat on the web sight you posted.
I found my boat in the local paper in Lancaster VA. Just got lucky I think.

Hey fellow cold seacraft owners.
My son got a digital camera for chistmas and we have finally gotten rid of our snow and figured out how to use the camera, so I now have pictures of our 1973 20Sf.
What is the best way to get them posted.
