Default Looking for a 23.

I've been looking for a 23 for a while and I am ready to move on the right boat. I've found a few that were ready to fish but I just couldn't swing the cash knowing what I would need to put in it to make it suitable for me. I've read a lot of you guys details on "Project boats" and I realize that it's tough work and expensive. I'm ready to make a deal on whether I find one that's ready to go or a project boat. Any news from you guys on a good deal out there?

Mr. Bell,Look on this "FoR Sale" section,I would rather Buy one from a CSC'r than anyone else,With all the scrutiny, advice,& work ethics ,The owners Here have, more custom features,Just built right . More so than someone that just started building one.If I'm correct one of The long Time Members has just Offered His for Sale !Just remember WE change Our Minds real QUICK once The For Sale sign goes on Her !

Thanks for the reply Capt. Brad. I agree that I would like to find one here. You said someone put theirs up for sale. Which one should I look for?
