Was there a "Dynaplate" or grounding plate in the Potter boats? Any one have suggestions on how and where to put one?
Thanks, Rich

Ha Rich
I have a 77 and did not have any on my boat. You can either install on through the hull or use a alternative approaches (not quite as good). I have a brass scoop for my live well intake and I attached my green ground to it. Some other guys have used the motor ground for their boat grounds. I know the regular plates are the best way to go but I have never had any problems. I ran the wire to a block under the center consol and then ran everything to it. I agree with "FellowShip" I didn't have one on my '78 either ![]() I use the engine ground but Ken's idea of the SeaCock sounds cool! ![]() You can always wrap a 12 ga wire around your big toe and hang it over the side while your trolling. I think at that point electrolosis would be your only concern ![]() ![]()
