Default Plumbing livewells?

I'm posting for a friend who has a 20' Seacraft CC. I don't know the specific year and model, but can provide the layout of the wells/lockers we are trying to plumb, and would appreciate any advice. You may have heard him in the middle-Chesapeake Bay area as Mello Yello.

He has the small baitwell behind the leaning post, directly in front of the motorwell. This has the thru-hull and removable tubes/stems that (ideally) when running should aerate the well. However, the well will completely fill up and overflow onto the deck at rest if the tube/stem is not capped. It has a plug in the bottom to drain into the bilge. Obviously, we can't leave both of these unplugged, as it would sink the boat. As this well will fill up on its own, we probably don't need a pump to fill it, and can't use an aerator, so it will just have to be a bubbler.

He also has a large fishbox up front on the bow platform that has a single thru-hull on the starboard side. While running, this will drain if left open. At rest, this will barely let any water in. This is the box we need to be able to fill and aerate to keep large striped bass alive.

The third item on the list is a raw-water washdown pump. He'd like the kind that just turns on when you squeeze the hoze nozzle (he believes this is called a 'pressure pump'). We could use this to fill the forward fishbox, but don't know how we should plumb it or where the additional thru-hull should go. Again, any advice or "how-I've-done-it"s are appreciated.
