Default Capacity Plate Source??

Guys, I know I haven't posted pics but after two years I'm finally close. I had my first SeaCraft ride, on my boat....two weekends ago and felt like we were doing about 37mph on a 20' with a 200hp 1990 Johnson....I think I have some cable adjusting to do. Anyway I have an unveiling for my dad coming up when he comes down to Maryland and he's a stickler for the fine details....such as insurance and blah blah blah..but the first thing he'll look for is the capacity plate. I've seen before on this site where to get them but can't find it now.... Is there a way to obtain one for a 1983 20SF outboard?

And there's a 200hp on the back, not the 175 which is the max. Just curious....the 175hp 1990 Johnson is the same weight as the 200hp correct?? I think it was around 480lbs??
